House Dedication - Sukkot, October 7th
On the 7th of October, during the Feast of Sukkot, we gathered to dedicate my new home to the Lord. It was a day I will never forget. Twenty-seven beloved friends came together for a joyful feast filled with laughter, worship, and deep thanksgiving. We celebrated not only what God has done but also what He is about to do in this Land. The worship was heavenly, led by Karen Davis, Wytze and Ageeth Valkema, and Helena Paasche. As we lifted our voices in praise, the glory of God filled the house. It felt as though heaven touched earth, and even the walls seemed to echo with His presence. Our dear friend Glenn placed the Mezuzah on the door, declaring this home to be a dwelling place for the Holy One of Israel - a house set apart for His glory and His purposes in these days. It was a powerful, holy moment, a true new beginning. I felt the Lord’s joy resting over us, His shalom filling every room, and His promises surrounding us like a radiant light. May everyone who enters this home encounter His love and truth. May it always be a refuge of His presence, a vessel of His Kingdom, and a testimony that God is indeed building His house in Israel until the whole earth is filled with His glory.

The Bible tells us that when Jacob wrestled with the angel, God said to him: “Your name shall no longer be called Jacob, but Israel, for you have struggled with God and with men, and you have prevailed.” (Genesis 32:28) Yes… to be a Jew… to be a member of the people of Israel… has always been a struggle. A struggle with others… And a struggle with God. For more than a hundred generations, we have carried this truth: To be Israel is to struggle. To be Israel is to face trials… To wrestle with life, with man, and even with the Almighty. Yet in that name—Israel—a promise is hidden. A promise that though we must struggle, we will always prevail. Because we are never alone. God is with us!
The Divine Pattern of Israel and the Messiah
We witness a divine, prophetic moment when Israel crossed the Jordan into the Promised Land—a place where the physical and spiritual realms meet. At God’s command, twelve stones were taken from the river into the Promised Land, and twelve were placed back into the river. Part of this act was visible to all, while another part remained hidden, revealing the mystery of God’s plan, to be fully unveiled in His timing (Joshua 4:2-9). The exchange of the twelve stones was no random act; it took place at a sacred, appointed location. Here Elijah and Elisha crossed the Jordan on dry land, where Elisha received Elijah’s mantle, and where Elijah was taken up to heaven. Amazingly, the Messiah Yeshua was baptized at this same place, declaring that all righteousness must be fulfilled (Matthew 3:15). At this appointed place, the exchange of the twelve stones was both partly visible and partly hidden—one part seen by men, the other part reserved for God’s timing. After His baptism, Yeshua rose from the water and gathered His twelve stones—His twelve disciples—from among the people of Israel. This divine act points forward to the New Jerusalem, whose Twelve Gates bear the names of the Twelve Tribes of Israel, and whose Twelve Foundations bear the names of the Twelve Apostles of the Lamb.

The New Jerusalem has only twelve gates— each one bearing the name of a tribe of Israel. There is no gate called “Church” or “Christian.” There is no back door. To enter, one must be grafted into Israel. When Yeshua returns, He will not reign from Rome or Washington— He will reign from Jerusalem. And we will reign with Him—here, in Israel. This land can be your inheritance. Your future home. STAND WITH US. FIGHT WITH US. THIS is God’s plan. Ephesians 2:12–13, 19 ”…remember that at that time you were separate from the Messiah, excluded from citizenship in Israel and foreigners to the covenants of the promise… But now in the Messiah Yeshua you who once were far away have been brought near by the blood of the Messiah… Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens WITH God’s people and also MEMBERS of His household.” Isaiah 2:2–3 “In the last days, the mountain of the Lord’s temple will be established… and all nations will stream to it… The law will go out from Zion, the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.”
